I had always wanted to visit the Anglo-Boer War Memorial in Graaff Reinet, so I chose to stay at Boer & Brit Villa solely because of its convenient location near the memorial. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the villa offered free private parking, which was a great convenience. I especially appreciated the handiness of having free parking as it allowed me to explore the memorial and surrounding area without any worries. one feature that I really liked about the villa was its barbecue facilities, which provided a great opportunity for outdoor cooking and relaxing.
There is secured parking at the back for cars, but not for big vehicles. However, even though I couldn't park my big vehicle in the secured area, I was able to park outside the side gate without any issues.

The stay was comfortable despite water issue. More people should visit the area. Location is ideal, within walking distance to attractions. Neat and tastefully decorated accommodation with all comforts. Friendly host in touch before arrival. Secure off-street parking. Lovely converted building with history. Beds comfortable, hot shower. Large kitchen and dining area. Great value for money.

The location is absolutely incredible, allowing us to easily stroll into town and explore the clean and safe neighborhood. We even walked to our New Year's Eve dinner and back within minutes! The front porch was the perfect spot for sundowners and morning coffee, offering a peaceful atmosphere and great views of the mountains. The secure parking and good air-conditioning system added to our peace of mind and comfort. The bathroom was spacious and the overall decor was tasteful and inviting. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, everything went smoothly. The property details were accurate and informative, and the host was attentive and helpful via WhatsApp. We loved the historical charm of the wooden floors, artwork, and architecture. The fact that the location was within walking distance to attractions and restaurants was a huge plus. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, with top-quality air-con and mattresses. We really enjoyed staying in an old Graaf Reinet house and our host's recommendations were spot-on. The essential air-con made our hot Karoo night more comfortable. Easy access, privacy, and helpful and friendly hosts made our stay unforgettable.
